Voting

Are votes going to be private ballots? I'm assuming we'll always know numbers per candidate, but do we get to know which states voted in favor of whom?

Per the manual, "Voting in all elections is public, and will be reported Periódico Revolucionario."

The votes you control go together -- that is, you cannot take the 10 votes you control, and split them up per candidate. You can either apply 10 votes toward a candiate or abstain.
