Orders Clarification - Purchases

Just to standardize how we're doing turns, I propose we indicate the number of turns left including the current turn when purchasing units. To give you an example of building 1 infantry:

Turn 1 - Inf -$10 MEX 4 turns
Turn 2 - Inf -$10 MEX 3 turns
Turn 3 - Inf -$10 MEX 2 turns
Turn 4 - Inf -$10 MEX 1 turn
Turn 5 - Infantry moves to the Military side of the sheet and can now take orders. It also now costs $1 a turn in upkeep.

Also wanted to clarify you pay the construction costs each turn it is under construction, and upkeep costs each turn post construction. So while you pay $10 a turn for Infantry, the total cost spread over 4 turns is $40. You cannot alter the per-turn requirement by paying up front, going into debt, etc... you need to pay exactly $10 each turn for the infantry.

And also to clarify, upkeep of starting units begins turn 1.
